W. Sean O'Neil, Attorney at Law was founded in April 2007 with the mission of providing clients personal, cost-effective and comprehensive legal services in the fields of Maritime and Oil & Energy Law.  

Mr. O'Neil has specialized experience handling cases involving all aspects of maritime law, including casualty, cargo, charter party, personal injury, marine insurance, maritime liens, arrests and attachments and inland transportation law. He has also handled matters involving insurance coverage, products liability and general business/commercial matters.
